Looking to borrow a metallic dye tub to dye one item.

Does anyone have a metallic dye tub that I could borrow to dye my metal shield to match my armor's color?  I would prefer to not use one of my vet awards to get an item that I will probably use only once or twice.

    Look around Luna or ask in chat.  You can find public dye tubs in a lot of luna houses just bring your own dyes just in case they do not have any.

    I haven't found a shard that didn't have public tubs somewhere in Luna
