House Not Refreshing Issue

I reactivated an account to refresh a house that was at fairly worn and the house never refreshed.  Two days and it went IDOC this morning so I activated another account to hand it off.  If others are looking to refresh houses, don't take it for granted they will just refresh.  Make certain it actually refreshes.

    I thought once a house starts the idoc process  - ie starts with worn stages - the only way to save it is to trade it over. The UO wiki might have the info.

    Once it hits In Danger of Collapsing, but the previous stages (ie somewhat, fairly, greatly) you could always refresh it.  I refreshed a house one month ago in this manner and have done so for ages.  It is only in this month that something has changed to prevent this.

    i got same issue I reactivated an account to refresh my castle that was at fairly worn and the castle never refreshed 1 day later  was greatly so i empty it to another castle
