Ok so we are at NL ignoring spaghetti code and decades old bugs will we at least 

address the race imbalance and yes its real for every 48 point attack you take my thrower takes 60 ..

will we unnerf ninja and other things (horrific beast ???) "fixed" due to PVP or will they just remain as is ??

    There won't be a racial imbalance because there won't be other races. Look at citation 68 on New Legacy - Everything We Know. 

    As of yet we don't know if there even will be Ninjas. If you look at citation 78 they've been clear that not all skills will make it into New Legacy, so potentially unnerfing Ninjas won't be an issue as there won't be any.

    So if no gargoyles how can there be imbuing?? If no elfs will there be Cu's 
    If no ninja no bushido? So no sampire?

    Honestly, It's probably 'nope' to all that. Cus maybe with boots, but I doubt we'll see anything resembling current templates.

    We'll get to develop all new strategies and builds!

    I think OP’s referring to neglect of production shard issues, due to the focus on NL. He is not asking for features on NL.
