“Pub 110:
  • Resolved issue where dismount and riding swipe would not un-toggle when dismounting, each now have a short cooldown before they can re-toggled
Toggle flying/infused throw is not subject to the above rules, I do not believe this was intentional”

    Infused throw is now subject to these rules as well.  The short cooldown was also removed.
