House refreshing question!

Good morning folks!

I recently traded houses as a middleman for a friend and my current property is now listed as condemned. What's the process to get it uncondemned? To clarify, I took possession of a second house, then traded that house away and need to re-claim my original hopefully without having to rebuild everything. What is the process?

    you need to transfer the house to another account.

    If you have 2 paid accounts then you need to swap houses between your accounts.  If not then you need to find a very trusted friend to help you out or open a 2nd account just to save your house.
