I contacted EA support for sovereign purchase problem and I got this.

According to this conversation, Origin store doesn't sell UO related items in their website. 
It seems Abhishek got it wrong, am I correct?
I think it is a regional issue or very peculiar glitch.

    I just posted this problem at Customer Service-Bugs page.

    Forest, you need to use a VPN to purchase from another country. I posted a how to guide on here before but it got instantly removed because EA charges different countries different prices. 

    Ask a friend about how to use one.
