Spires castle

in Bugs
upgrading to the spires castle i select it and it asks me to verify if i want oceana. I dont want to accept it and lose my gold if i get the wrong castle. as you see i'm on the spires option. 
 then you see it asks to confirm oceania castle instead.

    @Bleak do you know if accepting the option actually places the Oceania one or the spire one? I know the journal says oceania but not sure if that is just a glitch or not.. I want to place the spire but afraid to accept the option in fear of the wrong castle.
