No, following is legal.  They do not all move at the same time.  They clump when the leader stops.

If they were multiboxing they would stay clumped.

If you think they are there and unattended drag something to them or put down hay bales.  You will find out if they are attended.  Grow a pair if you really want to stop them.

As you well know.. I did report them multiple time in game, they still running in game.. when I could finally attack and kill those bots.. they were dropping racist comment.. as u well know.. reported that also.. they still in the game.

I came here to call out the in game corruption.. tagging mesanna.. nothing happen other than you misrepresenting the racist situation (to realise the mistake) and telling me to call a GM.. wich was the reason I came on forum in the first place.. nothing happen in game.. it's the wild west..

All it did was; i got ban from forum the first time for exposing them.. Mesanna never answer.. while y'all were deleting my pics and videos and closing my bots threads left and right.
So rather than recognise the effort the botters went to, to set all that up - for the benefit of the players, to help get certain items, something you could never be bothered to do, you would rather drag people backwards to your neanderthal world?

I could find a post where u telling me.. there is a delay between each clients.. if u'd do a too big of a train u'd lose the tail of it.. can u stop contradicting urself to fit your non sense narrative as u please?.. this is lame!

These guy are on top of each others with MINIMAL cheat engine delay and they all attack and loot to return on the same pixel for 16 hours straight 8 days in a row... clearly a script... attended bots or not.. they were clearly botting.. my assumption was he had a couple of those train on different dead server at that time.. wich explain why he's not ban. $-$

     :D the ignorance is astounding.

Need me to bring my luck archer there to kill them?

PS: maybe u hvn'T realised yet.. the let's shame him cuz he's don't/can'T PvP ain't working with me.. try something else u dishonest manipulator. My balls are bigger than my ego ;)

They are not going full speed long enough for them to get out of range. They are at different spots when they move just like I said.

    Kill them!

You said you killed them before.  Just going by what you said.  I told you a method to stop them if they are not attended.  If they are not attended, who would page on you for doing it?

You were just decorating the area with tribarel cactus for the holidays.

I agree but there is another troll here that clearly does not play, he can only talk about what he can read from the Wiki, he didn't know the solen hives have the same spawn as the cities.

Go back like two weeks into my forum history and you'll find a couple of posts about how they left the ants down there with the skeletons.

For context, Pawain brags about taking his swordsman down to the solen hive for the event like that's supposed to be a mighty accomplishment unto itself. When you're not impressed he blows a gasket, seizes on some stupid shit like how you didn't make sure to mention the skeletons too, and starts ranting about it all over the forum.

You are talking gibberish.  The same mobs are there as in the city but lots more of them.

I do not control what Mobs are there.  If I had my way they would be Para Balrons with Tainted life leech.

You are the only one bragging about killing 1 hit mobs with your Sampire.

I am just telling you what is there and how many there are.  How is that bragging about anything,  Other than I have logged in and played, while you clearly do not.

im actually at a point now, sad to say that i dont actually care about the bots, its more down to event management. It would be quite simple to just design events that encourage players to play the game, instead of having the ability to just automate it.

The treasure map hunting and the hidden chest thing were really good ideas but just badly implemented. There is little to no real reward for the players doing this compared to just being a meathead and killing stuff over and over again

There are plenty of things that cannot be automated presumably? Just incorporate these into the MAIN REWARDS for the events. There  are also, presumably again plenty of ways of preventing items being abused within the game system for either selling or the like, by either making certain items account bound when equipped or the like. Limiting the amount of certain items a character/account can have etc etc.

All of these would remove the incentive to use multiple bots in the first place, or maybe not? Maybe they just like endlessly gathering stuff.

The issue i see now is removing that advantage to using multiple accounts, so im going with bad game design...

Im also assuming that the introduction of Paragons was someone meant to kerb this? But all it really did was kill off the weaker players, those using just one account to try and farm the sanctum drops and moved the advantage to players who could create bots trains etc.

You are likely coming at this from a perspective of the standard clients. Unfortunately, this is the wrong presumption. Anything I can think of that's been added to the game to prevent automation has always ended up only hurting legitimate players and gets automated anyways, all while making it more of a grind or more annoying to legitimate players (in one way or another) that even try the activity. Guess who doesn't care if things are annoying or a grind? A program running 24/7.

    - The devs thought they were clever, randomizing ore/wood. Only ended up discouraging legitimate resource collection.

    - The devs thought they were clever, releasing the slims veil as a rare reward from trade routes. Only ended up as a botting payday.

    - The devs thought they were clever, releasing a rare Hiryu as a reward for the Eodon quest. Only ended up as a botting payday.

    - The devs thought they were clever, releasing the Yukio earrings as a rare quest reward. Only ended up as a botting payday.

    - The devs thought they were clever, mixing it up this year with 5 minutes to get to a random coordinate to kill the manifestation. Until the ToT was released 90% of the people at the manifestation on Atlantic were bots.

    - The devs maybe thought they were clever, mixing up the ToT in random towns because they didn't realize the power of these clients. Yea, ToTs have always been a bot payday, as often gloated about in the discords.

Without getting in to details, the cheat clients have built in features that allow you to do every and anything. For example, look at these ToT sampire bots:
    • Fully automated, running 24/7
    • Auto relog/login
    • Auto run back and forth at a town crier, awaiting a new town
    • Auto travel using vet teleporters at Nabin's ATL house
    • Auto repair gear using public and private repair benches
    • Auto turn in point items
    • Auto claim rewards
    • Auto stash rewards at a loot house
    • Auto res if dead
    • Wouldn't be surprised if auto put point items/reward items on vendor
    • etc etc.
These bots are so complex they are able to press play and not even be looked at until the event is over, ~90 days from start to finish. One click will farm likely 100k items easily per character over the course of the event. That's why these clients are so dangerous to the game. Tools that existed in the past were not this powerful.

There  are also, presumably again plenty of ways of preventing items being abused within the game system for either selling or the like, by either making certain items account bound when equipped or the like.
The only idea I've ever seen suggested that would actually work to completely curb RMT botting without massively punishing legitimate players, an idea that other MMOs have implemented to solve such problems, is 'account bound' items. And honestly, these items are so powerful they shouldn't be handed out like candy that they are, my opinion of course. That would include everything from points to all rewards - anything gained from the event. If you have another suggestion I'd like to hear it!

username, even you, with your jaded and negative attitude, are dramatically underestimating what is actually happening with these types of software and what Broadsword / EA are up against. Yes, I would say EA at this point. I suspect EA is presently, or will be shortly, involved due to the way these clients are affecting, or have the potential to effect, EA's account management system.

I have never bothered with these clients before, but I spent a couple of hours going through discords and websites the other day. It is perversely impressive how much effort is being put into cheating in a 30 yr. old game. I could not understand what exactly I was looking at, or why anyone would bother with UO at all in this manner, until I saw the exchange rate between the US Dollar and the Russian Ruble.

This is, at the end, on Broadsword. They turned a blind eye to the broader implications of what was going on for years, preferring to keep revenue intact, and thereby implicitly approving this type of behavior.

Now, these clients have put Broadsword into a position where botting in UO is the least of their worries.

If this mess draws the Great Eye of Sauron (EA Legal), there are going to be some serious changes to the Ultima Online service. An EA account management breach, which seems increasingly likely due to the motivations and behaviors behind these clients, completed through repeated attacks on UO's client, would probably be the final straw for EA.

UO doesn't make enough money for EA to bother with, but by goodness, if UO gets EA into a multi-million dollar class action lawsuit, EA won't bat an eye at cutting what would be a minor loss.

The UO team is in a real pickle.

oh dear, is all i can say then really.

The exchange rate part kindof explains lots of things though..

Surely they cant automate treasure hunting and the detecting hidden chests bit?

Who told you that all these accounts were being banned and taking over whose houses and where they at. And how did you find this information out

There's a site I can't give it out but it pings the server and tells you how many are live for the lake Euro server and world of Warcraft and all that and that Mmnos hate it you just have to Google MMO server pings. Average day for uo is not even 5,000 players online that is bad. I'm telling you they have less than 10,000 real players and like a lot of them have three to five accounts so that's why you have between 60000 to 80,000 accounts cuz some people have 20 or 30. But you don't have less than 10,000 real life players. When you're this low that is bad that is so bad. The customer support is gone. And the boters and  the scriptures are run running rampant as like the wild wild west out there. They do whatever they want.

What a weirdo…there is probably 1000-2000 players across all shards. The site even says the numbers don’t mean anything

Don't mind King he has a gold sight that sells houses EM items regular items and game he can't make any money if the game gets shut down. Or if we get what we want a ban all the scripters and boters. The population is so low or I was trying to tell people they were asking why it doesn't matter when you only have a few thousand players you can't ban 50% of the population when it's even this low. It is so freaking low we have keeps castles Luna plots houses in tucumo falling on Atlantic houses in Luna The population is either dying or leaving in mass waves. And it is not good for the game at all. They would do so much better if they made the game affair fair game. This is a EA game that is owned by EA. But it's being managed by mythic. And they're not falling EA rules and they're not doing their job. And we need to let them know what is going on by contacting EA and let him know that this management company is not doing their job and needs to be replaced.

Yall need to answer this guys question, he is legit wondering why UO is not making enough money because he has lived in his Moms basement for his whole adult life and UO is his only income.  He has yet to run out of pizza money and weighs 600lbs.  How can UO not be racking in the dough while he is.
