Decent suit vendors on LS?

Good morning. Just got back into the game after a decade or so hiatus. Playing around with a few characters and got in over my head and managed to lose my entire armor set (swore I'd insured it all?.) Now I'm trying to find some decent armor vendors on LS with a replacement armor set for a fencing bushido, necro, with a bit of chivalry (sampire?)  Beginner gear is fine, but 10 years on and all the vendors I knew are gone or not restocking.  My build probably needs some reworking as well, but most of the good reference sites are long dead or outdated.

Any help would be appreciated.
