Rune Library?

Hi! I've seen many people asking if we have a rune library and I've been looking around as well. We used to have some great ones on Pac but are there none left? If none, is there a  reason for that?

    Greetings!

    Ok, I decided it was time to search for a good rune library and I found two and another that has a mega library (even runes to every treasure site) and lockpicking boxes (castle, go through the doors in the back). My own is just a minilibrary right now but has a few things. I have placed runes for the above mentioned places on the floor of my shop in north Minoc, 121.09N 86.07E. It's a white marble house between a log cabin and a stone house. I'm adding more runes and such as I'm able to get out and search.
