Scribe's pen consider ship recall runes as being unmarked runes and will use them when making rune books and runic atlases.
To repro: launch a ship such as a gargoyle ship. While on the ship use the mark spell to mark several rune stones, Have enough unmarked runes to make up the difference to what you are making. For example 1 ship rune and 2 unmarked if making a runic atlas. Use a scribe's pen to make a runic atlas. The ship rune is gone because it was used to make the runic atlas.
Expected that ship runes are not used to make either runic atlases or rune books.
