Hello @mariah or any @moderator.
I must have done something wrong but I can not work out how to post here other than a comment attached to my "Welcome Aboard!" you joined thingy/comment in 'activity'.
I have looked and see some people are posting, creating thread on the day they joined.
If I have missed some part of the setup or have done something wrong could you please let me know so I rectify the situation. I would like to post.

KelmainI did notice that I was logged out earlier today so I just logged back in.
Not sure if that was from anything done by the @moderator team but nothing seems to have changed for me (I don't seem to be able to create a topic/thread or comment anywhere but here)
If there are any questions I could answer I am very willing to, if that could help. If it is easier you could email me, if you have access to the email I am using here (I don't know who can read this and don't want my personal contact information available to all users site wide). -
Kelmainokay so I have subbed now. checked ingame and I can now use a house placement tool without it saying EJ cant use this, my bank box is much larger and I have enough gold to get a big custom house. That is all great, the game is working fine but... I can not make a new thread/post in the forums here. Please help me, what did I do wrong, maybe I set something up wrong? on the forums here?

KelmainWOOHOO, i now have new buttons, create discussion near the top left and there is a box at the bottom of threads for me to leave a comment.
Thank you so much for resolving this issue for me.
I don't know what the problem was but that does not matter to me now.

KelmainThis is my first comment. I found this in "recent activity" and could use the comment button.
If there is a link to the rules or "how-to's" use the forums I would appreciate it if anyone could reply/tag/let me know somehow. Thank You. -
Kelmainokay so I played about some more on the forum and I can click on the quote button but nothing happens. There is a "flag" button and I have not used it, I think that would flag something for the moderator team to look at.
Oddly I have seen some posts from a user that recently joined in the last month, and well frankly I don't think that user is long for this forum so I can see there may be some vetting of new users (like me) before new users are allowed some features of your forum. -
KelmainOh and I can not edit any of my messages if I wanted to add anything to those 2 I have above here.
It's all good, I am just new to this forum and trying to familiarise myself here. -
KelmainWell that's the clincher. I was just given some power scrolls as i gift, a freebie from another player on Oceania. I had to clean out my EJ bank box to fit them all in.
I played for years, decades ago and never had even one 120 power scroll.
I am gonna sub soon and not look back at my old account, just going to "play some numbers" with my money.
Love that UO is still alive.
